I have to add to that. Many calls begin with, "You see, I have this domain name and I was thinking . . . " Those calls almost always end badly. Or, "I run an seo company and would like to pay you to review my client's websites and make recommendations for the type of work I need to do for them." I always love those calls. Or, "I just paid $5000 for my website and I need someone to write the content, but I don't want to pay a lot for it." Uh . . . The content is what makes the sale. May want to save just a bit of the money for that rather than getting a better shade of blue for your logo. I could go on, but those are the ones that I remember recently. lol. I have to add to that.
