Social Networking Profiles Provide Link Juice

If you are looking for a good tall class of link juice then I’d suggest opening up social networking profiles at as many social networks as you can. Why? Just about every one of them use do-follow links in profiles even if they don’t in other places. Twitter is one social service that uses no-follow links everywhere except the profile (and you’re allowed only one link in that – but it’s a valuable link).

Considering the hundreds of social networking websites available online, I’d suggest opening an account at every one of them even if you don’t plan on using the service. The link from the profile alone can give you link juice and help you improve your link popularity. In turn, that could mean higher search rankings for your keywords. And I don’t mean just sticking to the major social networks. I’m also talking about some of the smaller ones that you may not have even heard of. They’re out there and all you have to do is search for them. Social network profiles are great sources of inbound links for your website.
