MSN Live Blackout On Black Friday

MSN Live had a black out on the business shopping day of the year – Black Friday. It’s good customer service to be offering a cashback to customers who may have lost revenue due to the blackout, but the question that pops up in my mind is, if it happened once could it happen again?

The MSN Live team says they are confident it won’t happen again, but are you? I’m not.

MSN Live has had problems before. They no longer report back links because last year they were hacked. That doesn’t say a lot about the security or effectiveness of the website and it leaves little wonder why MSN Live is in third place in the search engine optimization game. That doesn’t mean, however, that you shouldn’t market your website through them.
