Twelve days til Christmas. Now what?

Well, I know we’re still thinking about Santa Claus and eggnog, but now is the time when you should start thinking about your next promotion – Valentine’s Day. Time to start planning (and building) landing pages for your search engine optimization efforts for next year. You might not set them at “live” just yet, but you should be thinking about how you want to build your landing pages for Valentine’s Day. You are now in the planning stage.

As the New Year rolls around you’ll just have six weeks to really promote Valentine’s Day so you want to have your landing pages all set and ready to go. After the first week in January you’ll want to upload them and let them go live. Then you’ll want to start driving traffic to those pages so that you make your sales in time for shipping and delivery. Planning for major holidays should start taking place well before everyone else starts thinking about the holiday so that you plan for their shopping.
