They push their business map in the top section, they add those 3 adwords ads on to the top of free search results. Also images infiltrate. There are cases when for a search term you get 3+8 adwords, google maps and images and you find 23 links on the first page of the serp for a competitive keyword. So it is no longer top10 seo, eh?
