Well, I value your thoughts, this blog and newsletter is not for the advanced SEO reader. There are plenty of great places out there for that information, such as: Search Engine Land, Search Engine Journal and many others.

This blog is for businesses and marketing people that need SEO and SEM advice and tips that are basic to mid-level, not advanced. No offense, my goal is not to help advanced SEO people, but people that actually need help.

If you want to read some of my more advanced writing, I contribute on a regular basis to other sites, such as: Search Engine Journal, Website Magazine, Promotion World and several others.

Nick, I was speaking to a colleague of mine about your newsletter and blog. I recently quit reading your emails (and blog) because I felt you were only writing for the SEO or Internet Marketing novice. This isn’t a criticism, as there will always be someone new to this field, but I was hoping for some more details or research based posts occasionally.

This post is a good example of reading for someone very green to blogging, (almost something you would see on ezinearticles.com) and I know you have more to offer than this.

Hopefully I’ll see more work of yours written for the more advanced SEO crowd. If you are writing such articles, please direct me to them. Thanks for reading I hope this is taken in the spirit it was written…well meaning.

There are many great WordPress plugins for SEO, I prefer the All in 1 SEO pack but have not tested the other ones. I actually wrote a recent article in Website Magazine (print issue) that goes through some of the other plugins I have used and recommend.

But this is a great future topic for the SEO Journal too!

You should mention some of the WordPress plugins that you use to help with SEO on your blogs such as All In 1 SEO or the Platinum SEO plugin or maybe you use another one. I’d be interested in hearing what one you like better and why. Besides all the tips you gave above I think that the post titles are the most important aspect that would help you rank for certain keywords.
