If so, you might be interested in the Cambridge Search Engine Optimization MeetUp taking place at the Microsoft New England R& D Center in Cambridge, MA on April 5th 2010 at 6:30pm.

I am excited to be presenting “Local SEO Tips” for Local Small Businesses. My goal will be to present basic tips for businesses looking to target local customers through the search engines and through local SEO.

Effective marketing of a website on the internet is an essential component in the success of any small business looking to target a local audience. Come see how taking the necessary steps of SEO will bring your business to the next level. Upon leaving this free SEO networking event, you will know the basics of how to market your business online effectively.

The Cambridge/Boston SEO Meetup is a group of over 600 members of people interested in Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM), lead generation, and internet affiliate marketing

Members of the SEO Meetup group include search engine optimization professionals, affiliate marketing experts, and small business owners interested in generating business and traffic from their web sites. Everyone is welcome, from SEO experts interested in networking who have advice to share, as well as those who may have a small business or website that need help or suggestions on what to do when it comes to Search Engine Marketing. The group meets up the first Monday of every month at 7pm in Arlington, MA.
