I think the points you brought up about the appropriate content for a website are very helpful. While we may have thought of these points earlier on a one-off basis, this article seems to pull it all together in a succinct way. Content truly is the backbone of your website and you have to constantly be able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and write in a style and present your products in a manner that best appeals to them.
