Thanks for the post on Caffeine. I read Andy Beal&#039;s article as well and I understand what you&#039;re saying about social media maybe being dialed  up too high. I think from a relevancy perspective though the Caffeine results are better. I would argue that with his constant Twittering, Andy Beal&#039;s Twitter profile is actually more relevant to a search for Andy Beal since the subject of tweets is technically &quot;What are you doing?&quot;. 

It is my understanding that the focus of Marketing Pilgrim is Marketing and not Andy Beal so it shouldn&#039;t be the first result. The telling question is whether a search for Marketing Pilgrim returned Andy&#039;s Twitter profile first instead of the Marketing Pilgrim blog. If that were the case then social media is definitely dialed too high.
Interesting discussion and I think its great that Google is opening up the process to some extent.
