Regarding the fourth one, actually, it is more important than you can imagine. I divide citations into two types:

- reputation builders - such as Yelp, Yellowpages, Superpages, Local.com, MerchantCircle - they only help the search engines (Google, Bing) to believe your business and the data input is real

- relevance builders - such as Wickedlocal.com, Avvo, Wellness.com, or even more local/niche-based ones - they are the ones that actually help up your organic rankings
