Gmail users can now set a photo of their own to be the background. Google has also implemented a “Background Send” feature into Gmail, which allows users to work on another email while one is in the process of being sent. The Google Docs experience has been sped up and Google created a new Google Docs app for Android.

Royal wedding related searches spiked in the last week. In the U.S., Kate Middleton is getting more searches than popular figures such as Barack Obama, Lady Gaga, and Donald Trump.

Bing Feature Update: Bing releases streamlined shopping experience
Bing has added shopping articles, a new homepage, a refined results page, and a way to share a shopping list to Bing Shopping to help users make more informed shopping decisions.
