New Google Search experience for tablets
Google has improved the search experience on tablets by simplifying the layout of search results pages and increasing the size of page contents like text, buttons and other touch targets to make it faster and easier to browse and interact with search results in portrait or landscape view.

WHAT’S NEW THIS WEEK WITH YAHOO:
Search Alliance Transitions in Six New Countries
Yahoo! has transitioned certain back-end functions for Yahoo! Search over to Microsoft’s search platform in New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela.

WHAT’S NEW THIS WEEK WITH BING:
Get the Jump on Back to School Shopping Decisions with Bing
Bing Shopping provides comparisons, price finders, allows users to share shopping lists with their Facebook friends and allows users to see what they “like”, helping them make back to school purchase decisions.
