    It’s been my experience that if you leave a 1 point review for a business and ratepoint accept it, the business will dispute it and ratepoint will remove it.

    So my rating of ratepoint is for consumers, you lose out of the business disagrees.

    I was a RatePoint customer for a short time. I gave them my CC number unfortunately. I have been trying to cancel my subscription to RatePoint for some time, but they keep charging my check card. They are not authorized to charge my credit card, yet they continue to do it and to take my money. I will cancel the check card soon if I am still unable to get them to stop taking my money.

    I do want to make sure as many people as possible know about my experience.

    I am very unhappy with RatePoint. I believe they are engaged regularly in the fraudulent charging of people’s credit cards.

    I am a RatePoint customer and have been frustrated with their services from time to time. I have looked for a place to rate RatePoint using the services they provide but cannot find one. If I had to rate the service, I would give it a 3 out of 5, for what we use them for. I am always shopping for another option.

    I have used them for a while and been unhappy with their customer service and the hours available for help. I left a poor review, they would never publish it. They keep disputing and extending the time to respond so tht it will never post.

    I have been a Rate Point customer for about a year now and have been displeased on numerous occasions with their customer service and lack of willingness to help a PAYING customer. I emailed a question to their website and got a generic answer that did not even help with the issues I had. When I responded to the comment they sent back I NEVER heard anything. This is just one in a long list of issues I’ve had with Rate Point. I think it speaks volumes that Rate Point does not have a rating opportunity on their website.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are now switching their email marketing over to Constant Contact, who I’ve also had issues with in the past but it’s a welcome change from what I’ve been dealing with for the past 6 months.
