Well, it’s funny…. I found doing queries for ‘real time search’ and ‘social serach’ brought up many of the same sites. Of note, last year ‘social search’ was essentially meta-search engines that had voting elements (explicit user feedback) – now this year, it’s morphed into these RT engines… it’s all a mess IMO.

bah… ran some tests and did a post last week on so-called RT search… not only is it NOT actually RT (misnomer) but they’re barely what one would call a search engine.. I’d say ‘social search’ moreso than RT search IMHO… seems like it’s just the catch phrase of the month…
