This is a pretty good starting point, but it seems a bit simplified. I’d like to see what others think should be added to this list.

For myself, I’d add patience. Rome wasn’t built in a day and clients shouldn’t expect top 10 rankings overnight. In part, that goes back to trust, I suppose.
