Hootsuite says that ow.ly links are designed to not steal linkjuice (although they do not go into specifics), and bit.ly says they use search-engine-friendly 301 redirects.  Could you please comment on these?  Are their claims true?  Do their links pass linkjuice onto the final destination just as well as a direct non-shortened link?]]></description>
