Hi Nick,
i’m an italian follower of your beautiful blog.
Some italian “SEO guru” claims hashtags are deprecated for promotion.
I think one have not to misuse hashtag, just like link stuffing or keyword stuffing, but do you thing hashtags use is now ended?

Nick, another great post. I think I had been using Twitter for about a month and then found out about the ‘wall paper’ which has proved to be a great chance to let people know about our Free Phone Number and portfolio, nevermind our ‘red lion’ brand.
The salient point for me was ‘#’ tag. I’ve used it a few times when going on a big push for things and use it when posting blogs. Not enough people use them.

I have the same issue with those people who don’t write anything on their bio to introduce themselves. Even some so-called cool sentence that doesn’t describe what’s in this account won’t help. I’d rather the bio that give me at least some general idea about what I should expect there following that account.
