Undo the damage from your last SEO agency
We audit exactly what your previous agency did, tell you what to reverse, and help you get your accounts back. The initial review is free and the findings are yours whether you hire us or not.
The damage we most often find
Underperforming SEO is disappointing. Actively harmful SEO is expensive, and it is more common than the industry admits. These are the patterns we find repeatedly when we open up a departed agency's work.
- Purchased links from link farms dressed up as "outreach" in the monthly report, sitting on the same twenty domains that appear in every other client's profile.
- Mass-generated content published under your brand, thin enough to drag down the quality signals of pages that were ranking fine.
- Destructive technical changes — canonicals pointing at the wrong URLs, noindex left on after a staging push, redirect chains from a migration nobody finished.
- Hostage accounts. Search Console, analytics, GBP, sometimes the domain itself registered to the agency rather than to you.
- Report theatre. Rankings reported for keywords nobody searches, traffic charts that count bot hits, "impressions" presented as if they were visits.
How the review works
You send us the domain and any reports or deliverables you were given. We reconstruct the timeline of what changed on your site and in your link profile across the engagement, and we compare it against what they invoiced you for.
You get back a plain-English document: what they did, what it cost you, what is reversible, what is not, and what to do in the next 90 days. We rank the remediation work by damage, not by what is most billable — which usually means the first two items are free things your own developer can do this week.
Then it is your call
Plenty of people take the review and run the fixes in-house. That is a completely fine outcome and we would rather be the ones you call next time than the ones who charged you for a plan you did not need. If you do want us to execute, we scope it as fixed-price remediation — not an open-ended retainer that starts the cycle again.
Questions we get asked
Why is the first review free? +
Because you have already paid once for work you could not verify, and asking you to pay again on trust is unreasonable. You get the findings in writing regardless of what you do next.
Can you help me get my accounts back? +
Usually. Agencies frequently register Search Console, analytics, hosting or even the domain under their own accounts. We will tell you exactly what they hold and the recovery route for each — including Google’s process when the agency stops responding.
Will you tell me if the previous work was actually fine? +
Yes, and it happens. Sometimes the agency was competent and the real problem was an unrealistic timeline or a site issue nobody owned. We would rather tell you that than sell you a cleanup you do not need.
Can I use your report in a dispute? +
It is written to be readable by a non-specialist and it is dated and evidenced. We are not lawyers and it is not a legal opinion, but clients have used it in chargeback and contract disputes.
