Nearshore SEO — Europe

A nearshore SEO team in your timezone, at Central European rates

You get the same seniority a London or Berlin agency would put on your account, working your hours, invoicing in EUR from an EU entity — for meaningfully less.

What nearshore actually buys you

Offshore outsourcing trades cost for friction: you save on the retainer and pay it back in overnight reply cycles, rewriting copy that reads as though it was translated, and explaining your market to someone who has never operated in it. Nearshore removes that trade.

We are based in Central Europe and work Central European Time. That means a full overlapping working day with the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, France, Italy and Spain. You send a question at 10am, you get an answer before lunch. Your quarterly review is a normal meeting, not a 6am call.

The commercial and compliance side

  • EU entity, EU invoicing. Reverse-charge VAT for EU businesses, no import complications, no cross-border payment overhead.
  • EU data processing. A DPA that names every sub-processor in our stack, so your legal team can approve the vendor without a three-week review.
  • Contracts under EU law. Familiar terms, familiar recourse, and a jurisdiction your counsel already understands.

For a lot of buyers this is the deciding factor rather than the price. If procurement has already ruled out non-EU vendors, the shortlist gets short quickly — and cost stops being the only reason to look at this region.

What stays the same as a Western European agency

The scope. Technical audits, content strategy, digital PR and link acquisition, migrations, reporting — the same work described the same way, delivered by people whose written English does not need editing before it goes to your board.

If you want a narrower engagement than a full retainer, look at fractional SEO instead. If you are an agency rather than a brand, white label is the right door.

Where we are honestly not the right choice

If you need thirty specialists and a formal procurement relationship, a large onshore agency has infrastructure we do not. If your work is deeply local — UK local SEO in particular, where knowing the specific area and how people search it matters — a local specialist will beat a remote generalist regardless of cost base.

And if your organisation genuinely needs people in the room, that is a legitimate constraint rather than a preference to argue with. We would rather tell you that now than three months into a retainer.

Questions we get asked

Why is nearshore cheaper than a London or Munich agency? +

Salary costs, not corner-cutting. The same seniority costs materially less to employ in Central and Eastern Europe than in Western Europe, and that gap shows up in the retainer rather than in the quality of the work.

How much timezone overlap do we actually get? +

Central European Time means a full working-day overlap with the UK, DACH, Benelux, the Nordics, Iberia and Italy, and a usable morning overlap with the US East Coast. You are not waiting overnight for replies.

Is our data staying in the EU? +

Yes. EU-registered entity, EU-hosted tooling where the tool allows it, and a DPA covering every sub-processor. If a tool in the stack processes outside the EU we name it in the DPA rather than burying it.

Who actually does the work? +

The strategist you meet in the first call. We do not run a pitch team that hands you to a junior after signature — you get names and you can ask for their work history.
